1. What type of fabrics does Megatex SQ Limited specialize in?

Megatex specializes in synthetic and functional fabrics used for nightwear, sleepwear, activewear, underwear, and loungewear.
Our key strengths include polyester spandex, nylon blends, Supima mercerized interlock, modal fabrics, air layer, spacer, fleece, and power mesh etc. 

2. Does Megatex have its own factory?

Megatex operates as a strategic marketing and sourcing company, working in partnership with leading mills such as SUMEC Textile Co., Ltd. (China) and Congding Textile Pte. Ltd. (Singapore).
We coordinate development, quality control, and delivery directly from our certified partner mills. In 2025 we’re planning to set up Synthtic Fabric Mill in Bangladesh

3. Which certifications do your partner mills hold?

All our key partners maintain international certifications such as:
OEKO-TEX Standard 100, Higg FEM verified, ZDHC InCheck, FSC, BCI, and Textile Genesis (TG) for fiber traceability.
These ensure our fabrics meet global sustainability and compliance standards.

4. Can Megatex develop new fabrics based on buyer requirements?

Absolutely. Our technical and product development teams work closely with mills to custom-develop fabrics according to GSM, composition, hand-feel, and functionality requirements.
We regularly create exclusive fabrics for global buyers.

5. What is the usual lead time for fabric development and bulk production?

• Development (Lab dips / samples): 10–15 days

• Bulk production: 30–45 days after approval
  Lead time may vary depending on fabric type, finishing, and yarn availability.

6. What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

The standard MOQ ranges from 1500–4,000 KGs per color depending on fabric construction and fiber content.
For development or special projects, smaller quantities can be discussed.

7. How does Megatex ensure fabric quality and color consistency?

Every batch is inspected under a strict 3-stage quality control process — at the dyeing mill, during finishing, and before shipment.
We also verify shade, hand-feel, GSM, shrinkage, and physical performance before dispatch.

8. How are shipments handled and delivered?

We coordinate all logistics directly with our partner mills and buyers’ nominated forwarders.
Shipments are arranged by sea or air, depending on urgency, with complete documentation including invoice, packing list, test reports, and inspection certificates.

9. Which markets and buyers does Megatex currently serve?

Megatex serves top retailers and brands including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Walmart Canada, M&S, PVH (Tommy John), Costco, Kiabi, Stadium, Varner, and George.
Our fabrics are supplied through leading garment manufacturers in Bangladesh, such as KDS, Viyellatex, Urmi, Progress, Adury, Four H, and others.
